"Oh, Reggie! I never knew that this could be so much fun!" exclaims Lila as she clicks the cursor to choose a new web browser. "There is so much out there to learn, so many places to explore!! And, I don't feel so confined anymore! I really do have the world at my fingertips!"

"Yes, Mrs. Q. There are places on the web where you can learn about almost anything, ask questions, get answers, chat."

"Chat?" Lila is intrigued. "About what?"

"About almost anything," Reg responds. "TV, science, health, politics, just chat with people from anywhere about anything. Mrs. Q, it's all there, 24/7."

"Reggie," Lila smiles, "let's surf the net! I want to see it all."

"Okay, let's do it!" Reggie grins, ever anxious to please. "Choose a topic, Mrs. Q."

"Flying saucers," she announces, after a bit of thought. "I want to know about Roswell, New Mexico, alien autopsies, and the Loch Ness Monster!" Hmmmmmmm

"We need help!" Luke yells as he carries Laura into the emergency room followed by Stefan.

Met instantly by a first year resident near exhaustion, Luke anxiously searches for a friendly face, finally spying Tom. Stefan's eyes darken as he sees Tom, who had been dealing with an attempted suicide patient, but Luke has already called, "Dr. Hardy, HELP! She collapsed," Luke offers, unwilling to bare his humiliation in front of everybody. Seeing Stefan to one side, he snarls, "Get out of my sight, you..."

But, Stefan has vanished, and we find him again, giving orders. "Get me Gail Baldwin. Now!......Dr. Baldwin? Stefan Cassadine. I must see you now. Laura Spencer has collapsed and is in the Emergency Room. I believe that she may be near catatonic............Yes, it is happening....what you warned me about may be happening as we speak! ....... I will be waiting-oh, and by the way, Tom Hardy is with her now. Please-make haste!!"

Stefan closes the phone and turns to look at Luke who stands beside Laura's bedside. He is joined by Amy, who is concerned for her sister.

"Amy," Luke asks as Laura suddenly cries,

"Luke I have to go now..... Luke let me call a taxi please... You're frightening me. No...no...NO! Luke, let me go! no, NO! NO Luke, NO!!!"

Stefan sprints to her side, as Luke spits, "Get out of here, you son of a bitch!"

"I may be many things," Stefan says, struggling for control, "but I am not, and never have been a rapist! Her rapist!" Hmmmmmmmm

Evening is falling, the shadows lengthen, and Carly is in the park not far from General Hospital. She's trembling, humiliated, yet still happy that Tony had told Bobbie that he loved her, loved Carly!! Tony really loved her!! She smiled through her tears. Tony was a good man-better than she deserved, but she loved him and would spend the rest of her life trying to be the best wife.

Then, she thought of Pyzer, and all she stood to lose if Tony found out and didn't understand. Another sob escaped her lips as she pulled her legs up close to her body, wrapping her arms around her legs. How long could she keep from telling Tony?

Tonight, Carly vowed. She'd tell him tonight, and he'd understand, or he wouldn't. Either he'd welcome her, or he'd walk away. Dashing the tears from her cheeks, and sniffling, Carly stands up, determined to stop running and to come clean. Tony said she could believe in him, she remembered. It was time to trust him.

"I'll do it," she says aloud, beginning to walk towards Kelly's diner. She'd go to her room, call Tony, and they'd meet. She reached up, grasped the locket he'd given, reciting the engraved words, "Carly, All my love, Today, Tomorrow, Forever, Tony." Chanting all my love, over and over, she smiles and walks towards the street, passing close to a darkened area where earlier Laura had collapsed.

"Carly," comes a harsh whisper. "Over here."

"Tony?" Carly wonders, looking around. "Tony?"

"Over here."

"Tony," she laughs nervously. "Don't scare me. Come out into the light."

There is a rustling in the bushes and a familiar face appears. Carly's smile turns to horror as she sees the blade and the person holding it.

"No!" she screams, and turns to run.

But, the figure with the knife is faster and the struggle is brief.

Seconds later, we hear a low chuckle and a whispered, "Bitch."

A hand reaches out, picks up the locket, yanking it off, and slips it into a deep pocket.

One more move, and the figure drops Carly's hand, hurrying away. The camera shows one last shot of Carly's tear-filled eyes, now fixed on the star she'd wished on only days before.....Hmmmmmm
